The studio is fully residential and will sleep 9 people. There is a room with 4 single beds, another with 3 single beds and a double room. We have built the place for those of you who like to be efficient in the morning! There is a shower room, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet so nobody has to cross their legs too much when the singer is warming up in the shower! We also have a lounge, dining room with Hi-fi, Digital TV and DVD player. Of course everyone needs to eat and there is a kitchen with all the appliances you could need. Lastly there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

    

There are also other things for you to do when the guitarist is going for that elusive 21st take! There is a pool room next door for the hustlers amongst you. We also have a beautiful 4 acre oak wood on the surrounding farm fenced off on an environmental scheme about 1/2 a mile from the studio. It is a wonderfully inspiring place with benches and picnic areas. If you fancy walking the famous Glyndwr's Way walk passes within a few hundred yards of the studio.
