The studio is fully residential and will comfortable sleep 9/10 people. The main bedroom has 5 single beds, the second
bedroom has 3 single beds and there is a secluded double bedroom at the back of the building.
There is a shower room, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. We also have a large lounge/dining room with
Digital TV, DVD player, writing desk and a 6 seat dining table. Of course everyone needs to eat and there is a kitchen
with all the appliances you could need. Lastly there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a solid wi-fi signal throughout the building to keep in touch with the outside World. All of the rooms are finished
and furnished to a high specification and will always be clean and tidy when you arrive.
Located at the back of the studio there is a large garden with garden furniture. There is a pool room next door to the
studio for the hustlers amongst you.
The village is small but has a local shop and a friendly pub with good food and ale, both are open 7 days a week. It is a
20 minute drive to the nearest town where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and a choice of supermarkets.
